Leg trap is primarily there so that they always go last as long as they are not broken. They will ALWAYS go first once they come out of being broken regardless of any effects. However, take note that the leg trap has NO EFFECT on the turn where they’re back from being broken. Leg trap is probably the biggest help since even if somehow they do both go first, your party will likely survive and all four of your party gets to go before the boss does. So once again, never break them both in the same turn. In any case, by making sure only one of them is broken at any point in time (even if the other one isn’t at 1 vulnerability), it generally guarantees that both will never attack first (which will only happen eventually if they’re both broken in the same turn). Then take turns staggering them (you can focus more on one if you’d like but you have to prioritize the damage dealers on the one you want to die first and the others focusing on breaking the other one before the broken one gets out of break). Use leg trap on the boss (use boost as many times as you can to enhance the effect and to not constantly apply it but remember to apply it again when needed and maybe apply it to the goons if you can sneak it in), then lower the vulnerabilities on both goons so they’re both about to break. So general strategy once the goons come out. But from what I can tell aside from that sword thing, it’s just a matter of managing skills and break better. You could alternatively steal armor instead of buying it. If the boss is suffering from leg trap and one person is broken, you only have to worry about one attack somewhere in the middle and the boss’ attack in the end (and in the next turn you’ll just have to watch out for the broken enemy attacking first and then the other goon attacking somewhere in between him and the boss). That way, the boss will always go last, and even if the two guys go first and do the same attack I am assuming you will survive and heal everyone up before the boss attacks. At the very least, you can also use the leg trap skill that H’annIt has on the boss (and maybe use leg trap on the goons too if you can find openings to do so). That’s the importance of staggering your breaks (so only one attacks first and the other attacks later in the turn). Meaning they’ll both attack first before you can do anything. Both of them came out of break at the same time.
